Our stay at Southern Stars was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We needed to change some details prior to our arrival, and add some guests, and Southern Stars was really helpful and accommodating. The caravan park itself is an unexpected oasis - a beautiful, green manicured and flat park with spacious sites across that definitely can accommodate everyone from tent campers to big rigs and do so with plenty of room for everyone. The ensuite - style amenities were a surprising addition that we really enjoyed; spacious, clean and private. An amazing and large, clean camp kitchen is supplemented by a bunch of comfy lounge suites! The off-leash dog exercise area is so very much appreciated. It provides ample opportunities to exercise your dog and has both shade and water available. The team also go out of their way to provide other facilities such as visiting food vans. We liked the fact that the park is quiet and respectful - speed limits are enforced. All the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and hard working. In our more than 3 years living full-time on the road Southern Stars is a top tier park that exceeds expectations and provides a secure, peaceful, comfortable, professional and enjoyable experience.
